Narrative
SUMMERS, AR – A head-on collision in Washington County on Sunday afternoon resulted in the deaths of three individuals, as reported by the Arkansas State Police.
Tiffany A. Toan, 46, Thelma J. Holland, 75, and Jimmy C. Mason, 76, all residents of Summers, lost their lives in the incident.
The preliminary fatal crash report indicates that Toan was driving a northbound 2014 Chevy on Highway 59 in Summers, just south of Cincinnati, at 3:32 p.m. on Sunday. Crossing the center line, the Chevy collided with a southbound 2004 Dodge, driven by Mason, with Holland as a passenger.
