CARLISLE, AR – Westbound traffic on Interstate 40 in Lonoke County came to a standstill Tuesday morning due to a collision involving a tractor-trailer caused by a wrong-way driver.
Troopers say the incident occurred at 7:49 a.m. between Lonoke and Carlisle and involved a multi-tractor trailer.
