Narrative
SPRINGDALE, AR – A 29-year-old man died Friday after a vehicle struck his motorcycle along the highway in Springdale.
The collision occurred around 6:23 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 412 and Blue Springs Road, which is near King’s Ransom RV Resort.
Police say a pickup truck struck the rear of a motorcycle as the latter vehicle was crossing the highway.
The motorcyclist, identified as Eric McFarland, died at the scene of the accident.
The driver of the pickup truck was not hurt in the crash.
