Narrative
FAYETTEVILLE, AR – A 47-year-old woman died, and two others went to the hospital Saturday after a two -vehicle crash at a busy Fayetteville intersection.
The incident happened around 2:12 p.m. near the intersection of North Crossover Road and Settler Street, which is on the northeast side of the city.
Police say that the victim’s northbound vehicle entered the southbound turn lane of North Crossover Road and struck a vehicle that was waiting to turn left.
The driver of the first vehicle, identified as Sarah Braswell, died at the scene of the accident.
Medics transported two adults from the second vehicle to a local hospital with unspecified injuries.
