Narrative
BENTON CO., AR – A fatal crash in Benton County on Sunday claimed the life of a Missouri woman.
The incident involved a 1967 Chevrolet Nova traveling south on State Highway 94 around 1:18 p.m., with 46-year-old Yvonne Rogers as the passenger.
The report indicates that both the Chevrolet and a northbound Ford Edge were navigating the same curve. The Chevrolet accelerated, lost control, and skidded “into the path of the Ford.”
This resulted in a collision on the passenger side of the Chevrolet, propelling both vehicles off the road and leading to the death of Rogers.
It is unclear whether anyone else sustained injuries in the crash.
